I had an intense but wonderful weekend. I feel like everyone at the Sake Sommelier Association really went out of their way to make the course interesting for me. Despite taking the course online, the instructors managed to make me feel like I was really in the classroom with them learning everything I need to know about sake. In each module and workshop of the course, the passion and dedication they have and all their professionalism was noticed.
