Jonas Kellens is the owner of the Japanese fine dining Restaurant DIM dining in Antwerp, Sake Sommelier Educator, and founder of Shinshu.
Shinshu specializes in sake education and importing Japanese sake and products into Belgium. ‘Shinshu’ means “new sake” and refers to sake that was just freshly brewed and released by a brewery in the current year.
