Giovanni has been working in the hotel and hospitality industry for over 20 years. Since moving to Dubai, he has been involved in beverage training, using his passion, dedicaBon and preparaBon to facilitate successful learning. Giovanni’s work involves analysing training needs, tailoring and facilitaBng training programs, and conducBng exclusive mentoring/tasBng experiences for consumer and bartender workshops. He has trained more than 1500 staff from various Hotel Groups across the Gulf region, Africa, and Asia – AtlanBs the Palm, Hilton, Jumeirah Group, Fairmont, Starwood, Marrio8, Melia, Waldorf Astoria Palm, W Hotels and Jas Hospitality.
Alembic brings international experience, flair, creativity and extensive knowledge of F&B operations across the globe to beverage businesses – with an extra touch of wit, innovation and sparkle. Together, Giovanni and Terry develop and implement a wide range of unique and exclusive drinks-based services via Liquid Education Experience. Giovanni is one of the most recognised and respected beverage trainers in the MENA region, and Terry has a proven track record of managing and delivering events with passion, energy and attention to detail.
