Joy Lam

Joy is the holder of the J.S.A. Sake Diploma International. She also holds the WSET Level 3 Sake WSET, Level 3 Wines, International Kikisake-shi from SSI, International Shochu Kikisake-shi from SSI, International Sake Lecturer from SSI, International Sakasyo from SSI, Japanese Wine Quality Supervisor, Advanced Sake Professional (ASP), Niigata Sake Master Examination in Silver (Gin no Tatsujin), Sake Scholar, and the certificate of JSS Academy Advanced Shochu Course.

She can speak fluent Japanese and has studied Japanese in Japan for one year. She is engaged in the wholesale and retail of F&B-related products and has established an online store to promote and sell various alcoholic beverages in Hong Kong. With a passion for sake-drinking culture, she aims to introduce sake (including shochu) in the Hong Kong market while promoting its role as a versatile food-pairing beverage. Now having become an office Sake Educator, she is honoured to share her knowledge with students, so as to further promote the unique charm of sake.
