Seeing himself more of a drinker than a sommelier, Reuben’s passion has always been in providing the best drinking experience for his customers and guests. Although holding almost every sake certification under the sun, he considers the stories created between people to be of more importance than the technicalities of alcohol.

The Kabuki Works sole purpose is to ensure the survival of multi-generation businesses in Japan, through the portrayal of the country’s rich history and culture in cult label projects and bespoke experience, and trade deals with major organisations and restaurants throughout South-East Asia.
