Adrienne Saulnier Blache

Wine export agent for French fine wines and founder of Madame Saké in 2015.

She was raised and born in a French wine family, and also introduced to Japan and it’s culture through her mother.

This bicultural education leads her to work as a bridge between these two deep cultures in the food and beverage business since 2004.

HAMA PRÉVOST Daïdō

Born in Champagne, raised in Burgundy.
Immersed since childhood in the French-Japanese double culture of both mixed parents.

At 18 he travels to Japan for a year during which he learns the language, discovers the realities of Japanese society and works as a Kurabito in Kyoto for the Nichi Nichi Matsumoto Brewery.

Back in France he becomes part of Madame Sake’s staff in 2023.

Manager of the Parisian shop Ten Ten Ten he is in a daily contact with the passion and the intrigued of sake.
