Lobna Liverneaux is the executive chef at Cuisine Emotionnelle, she has created a unique concept that brings together three artistic dimensions: culinary art, poetry and artistic exhibition.
Passionate about Japan, she became a Certified Sake Sommelier with the SSA and master of tofu.
She now organises diners focusing on pairing food with sake; and is the first SSA Sake Pioneer in France, offering the Sake Ninja experience!
