A graduate from the famed Tain l’Hermitage sommelier school, one of the top academies in France, Jean-Louis is a passionate Sommelier & SSA Sake Educator.
He is also a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Jean-Louis is the long-serving Head of Education for the Sake Sommelier Association and a Global Sake Challenges Chair.
