Matsui Sake Brewery Co., Ltd is our first Sake Ninja accredited brewery in Japan, offering the Sake Ninja experience. Founded in 1726, the brewery is located amidst of the 36 peaks of the Higashiyama mountain range and the Kamogawa River, the sake brewery overlooks the Kyoto Imperial Palace and Shimogamo Shrine to the west and Mt. Daimonji to the east. The owner himself brews sake with the assistance of a small team.

Matsui Sake Brewery has a small production, but they put in the time and effort to create a refined and delicate sake using traditional methods.
