Hung Liang Chang (Johnny) is the Champion of the 5th World Kikisake-Shi Competition (2019), also the first non-Japanese winner. He holds certifications from groups such as the SSA, WSET, ISG, SSI, Certified Sommelier Certificate, Serious Beer Certification, and Tea Evaluation, and with multiple roles as a sommelier, educator, and writer.

With years of restaurant work experience, Johnny has excellent observation skills and continues to arrange self-improvement courses. He served as Chief Sommelier at the Michelin two-star restaurant Shoun Ryugin Japanese Cuisine, where his outstanding food and wine pairings received high praise from customers.

Since 2023, he has been teaching wine and sake courses at La Marche and serving as a lecturer at Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism. Drawing on his own learning and work experience, he expects to provide more diverse and professional courses for every student and nurture more outstanding professionals in the field.

La Marche is the oldest and most professional gastronomic culture education institution in Taiwan. Widely loved by gourmet food and wine lovers, it is one of the most influential wine culture promotion organizations in Taiwan.
