I had an intense but wonderful weekend. I feel like everyone at the Sake Sommelier Association really went out of their way to make the course interesting for me. Even as a WSET 3 certificate holder, I feel that the course enriched me in many ways. I appreciated in particular was how close to the actual culture of sake it felt in comparison. I hope I will be able to create the same feeling for my students in the future.
