Michael Lee & Kizuna Japanese Sake
The founder, Michael Lee, has spent his whole career working with Japanese products, which has been a great
success.
The success, mostly brought by his extensive exposure in living in Japan for 5 years, has him strongly devoted to
serve as a mediator for bringing the most unrealized but authentic Japan treasure to Britain after moving here in
2021.
Having first hand and extraordinary experience thanks to his native Japanese proficiency and extraordinary
career as a director of a Japan listed company, he developed a network with the breweries which are loved by the
finest sector of the Japanese society.
The selection of sake is based on his qualification of the International Kikizake-shi, purely studied in Japanese to
avoid translation distortion, bringing you a completely new experience as most of the products are landed for the
first time on the UK soil. This prepared Michael to take the next step in his sake career, earning his Certified
Sake Sommelier and become a qualified Sake Educator with the Sake Sommelier Association. Michael is joined
by Wilson Yeung.

Wilson Yeung
Wilson Yeung is a travel industry professional with a strong passion for Japanese sake, having become a certified sake professional in 2018.
In 2019, Wilson founded Sake Ztudio with the vision of bridging his professional sake expertise and extensive tourism market knowledge. Through the platform, he has developed innovative marketing and educational initiatives to promote Japanese sake culture in Hong Kong, engaging both industry professionals and consumers.
Building on this mission, Wilson expanded his sake journey to the UK in 2022 by founding Omysake in London. The platform focuses on promoting sake culture through curated tasting events, educational experiences, and sake importation, further strengthening cultural exchange between Japan, Hong Kong, and the UK. Wilson is now a Certified Sake Sommelier and Sake Educator with the Sake Sommelier Association, focussing on building sake education in the UK.
