Mai Segawa was awarded the Young Sake Ambassador in 2015 for her contribution to promoting sake and bringing a fresh-mind set to the industry. Hailing from Washington DC, and an alumni of Oxford University; Mai grew up surrounded by sake in her famiy’s restaurant Tako Grill.
