    We’re excited to share that @georgekarampouzoukis We’re excited to share that @georgekarampouzoukis and @kosmas.giannoulis have achieved the prestigious Advanced Sake Sommelier® qualification at @tsunan_sake in Niigata, Japan 🗾 🎉 Both are sommeliers from Greece 🇬🇷. George is a Wine Director for a four-restaurant group (including two Japanese-style restaurants), exploring sake and Japanese culture with passion and curiosity. Kosmas is Head Sommelier at Michelin-starred Soil, building a full sake program and sharing sake with the local food community. They’ve taken their passion for sake to the next level—we can’t wait to see where their sake journey leads next✨ A special thank you to Tsunan Brewery for their warm hospitality and expertise. We’re delighted to welcome two new Sake Educators to the Sake Sommelier Association — Michael Lee @sake.concierge.uk and Wilson Yeung @saketalkuk from Kizuna Japanese Sake 🍶 Michael & Wilson will be teaching official Sake Sommeliers courses in London, Bristol, and the South of England ✨ Michael brings extensive experience working with Japanese products, shaped by five years living in Japan and close relationships with breweries across the country. Deeply committed to acting as a bridge between Japan and the UK, his carefully curated sake selection reflects cultural insight, authenticity, and craftsmanship.🤲 Joining him is Wilson Yeung, who’s sake journey spans Hong Kong and the UK. He founded Sake Ztudio in Hong Kong to connect professional sake expertise with tourism and education, and later established Omysake in London in 2022.     A huge welcome to the SSA family to @kaidraeger in A huge welcome to the SSA family to @kaidraeger in Germany 🇩🇪 Being an alumni of the exclusive Master Sake Sommelier® qualification, we’re extremely excited to introduce founder of Sacre Sake @agedsake.de Kai, who will be focussing on classroom based, in-person courses in Germany 📚 From the German vineyards to the rice fields of Japan, Kai has an impressive background in wine and sake 🍶🌾 During the 9 years he lived in Japan, he personally journeyed to over 30 breweries, coming to understand the art of sake in depth and the culture that surrounds the delicious drink 🥂 Kai’s expertise in aged sake and passion to bring its traditions to Europe, pair well with the rich history of brewing in Germany 🍻.
