As the author of Le Guide du Saké en France and an importer of artisan sake and shochu, she brings not only profound knowledge but also heartfelt dedication to the craft 🍶 Now, through her SSA-accredited academy, she will be offering Introductory Sake Professional and Certified Sake Sommelier courses — sharing the rich culture, tradition, and beauty of Japanese sake with students in Paris.     Congratulations to Laura @thesakecat, our latest g Congratulations to Laura @thesakecat, our latest graduate of the Master of Sake course! 🎉 Laura, a UK-based private chef, ran a restaurant in Hong Kong for over 10 years. During a pop-up in Hokkaido, she fell in love with Japanese culture and sake. Since then, her passion for Japanese cuisine and sake has grown, leading her to join the course this time. As a Certified Sake Sommelier®, she also judged the inaugural Tokyo Sake Challenge in March. A huge thank you to our partner Yamamoto Honke Brewery yamamotohonke_official for hosting and training Laura! Founded in 1667, Yamamoto Honke has been dedicated to brewing the highest quality sake, enriching people's lives, and making the most of the pure spring water from the local mountains. 🍶 The Master of Sake is a focused apprenticeship at one of our partner sake breweries, offering an in-depth study of the ancient art of sake brewing while gaining firsthand insight into how a modern brewery operates.
